Our bakers are in the Fortitude Valley kitchen while the rest of the street is still quiet, mixing and baking so everything is fresh by the time it reaches you.
The food is then arranged by hand on the bench — layered, stacked and tucked with fruit until it looks like something worth photographing — before it's packed, loaded and driven out to you.

Our bakers make the crunchy baguettes behind the Medium Banh Mi Platter - 12 Pairs/Platter, bake the bread for the Homemade Sourdough Sandwiches - By Serves, and make the flan custard in the Fruit Flan Tarts Collection - 12 pieces/box (VEG) from scratch — with more than 15 years of catering sandwiches behind it.
Dietary needs are marked right in the product names: VGN vegan, VEG vegetarian, GF gluten free, DF dairy free. The triangle sandwich platters also include at least 10% vegetarian points as standard. Go by the note on each product. Sandwich platters recommend 4–6 triangle pairs per person, the Mixed Wraps Collection - 15 wraps/box suggests 3 wraps each, and the Finger Rice Paper Rolls Platter - 20 Rolls/platter (GF)(DF) suits a group of 4–5.
2. What suits a group of about 10 to 12?
The Grazing Table Platter is built for 10–12 people, the Cheese Platter With Fruit And Crackers (VEG) serves up to 10–12, and the Charcuterie and Artisan Cheese Platter serves up to 12. Pair one with a sandwich platter and you're set.
3. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free guests — what works?
