Both platters come as halves, so they share easily. The Medium is 12 pairs — 4 bbq pork, 4 grilled wagyu beef, 4 grilled lemongrass chicken — and we recommend it for a group of 5–6 people. The Large is 18 pairs, 6 of each, for a group of 7–9 people. The fillings and the crunchy banh mi baguette are made by our own bakers and chefs in Fortitude Valley.

Yes. Every rice paper roll and every Vietnamese salad bowl on this page is gluten free and dairy free, marked (GF)(DF) in the product name — the dipping sauce included, which is a gluten free nuoc cham. The only items here containing wheat are the two Banh Mi platters, because they're served on baguette.

Yes. The Tofu Vietnamese Salad Bowl is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free. The Finger Rice Paper Rolls Platter includes 5 vegan tofu rolls in its mix of 20, and the Finger Chicken and Tofu Rice Paper Rolls box is half tofu. Look for the icons in every product name:

Our own guide, straight off each product: the Medium Banh Mi Platter suits 5–6 people and the Large suits 7–9. On the rolls we suggest 2–3 rolls per person for the full-size platters, and 3–4 per person for the finger rolls. The Finger Rice Paper Rolls Platter (20 rolls) is pitched at a group of 4–5. Vietnamese Salad Bowls are single serves, so order one per head. You can change quantities in the cart as you go, so it's easy to build up to your headcount before you check out — nothing is locked in until then.
