The Early Shift

Our bakers are in the Knapp Street kitchen while the Valley is still quiet, working the dough by hand and watching the trays until the edges turn golden. It happens here, in our own bakery, the same way every morning.

By the time you're pouring the first coffee of the day, your order is made, packed and already on its way.

Ordering, delivery and pick-up

Order online by 4pm and it arrives the next day, with no last-minute surcharge. Delivery starts at $19 on orders from $150 and covers more than 50 Brisbane suburbs, with Saturdays at the same rate, or you can collect from 159 Knapp St, Fortitude Valley 4006 from 7am.

You pick the address and the date and time at checkout, which matters when the room needs feeding first thing rather than whenever the van turns up. Several boxes are vegetarian, the frittata collections are gluten free, and the Gluten Free Pork and Prawn Rice Paper Rolls Platter is both gluten free and dairy free; the icons in each product name (VEG, GF, DF) tell you which is which. 1. How much should I order per person?

The boxes carry their own guidance. We recommend 3-4 scones, mini quiches or frittatas per person, and 2-3 rice paper rolls. A serve of Party Pies and Sausage Rolls is 2 mini beef pies plus 3 mini beef sausage rolls.

2. What suits a smaller team?

The Smoked Salmon and Chicken Mini Quiches Collection of 24 suits a small group of 6-8. For something lighter, the Mixed Mini Danish Collection and the Buttery Mini Croissants Box hold 12 pieces each.

3. Which items are served warm, and which are served cool?

Mini Beef Pies, Mini Beef Sausage Rolls and the Mixed Savoury Aussie Sausage Rolls Collection are all warm served. The Savoury Frittatas and Veggies Frittatas collections are cool served.

4. Can I add drinks to a breakfast order?

Yes. Noah Creative Juice and Noah Smoothies come in single 260ml bottles, or as multipacks: 6 Pack Noah Premium Juice, 8 Pack Noah Smoothie's and 8 Pack Kombucha Remedy. Water, sparkling water and Coke are available by the can or bottle.
