1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mr T's Bakery services ("Catering", "Cakes"). By accessing our website and ordering Catering/Cakes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1 When placing an order through our website, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details. This information will be used to process and fulfill your order.
2.2 All orders are subject to product and service availability as well as our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2.3 Payment for your order will be processed securely through our payment partner, Shopify. For more information, please refer to Shopify's Terms of Use, available at: Shopify Payments Terms of Service - Australia - Shopify.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation
(a) Cancellations must be made in accordance with the following timelines:
(i) Orders scheduled for pick-up or delivery from Monday to Saturday must be canceled at least 72 business hours in advance, last minute orders can not be canceled.
3.2 Refunds
(a) If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery. Refunds or replacements may be offered if the item is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise does not meet consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 To cancel an order or request a refund or replacement, please contact our Customer Service Team at:

3.4 To assist us in processing your order cancellation or refund or replacement request, please provide us with the following details about your order and the issue:
(a) Full name when placing your order;
(b) Contact email and/or phone number associated with the order;
(c) Your order number (found in the confirmation email); and
(d) For refunds and replacements, please supply clear images showing any faulty or damaged items or other issues with the order.
3.5 In the event that a catering replacement is not suitable and a refund is requested, Mr T's Bakery will make every effort to process it promptly. Please be aware that the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution and the payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Allergens
4.1 Despite our best efforts, there is always a possibility that traces of all allergens, gluten, meat, seafood and/or dairy (for vegan or vegetarian products) may be present due to cross-contact during the processing, storage, transporting and preparation of products. Mr T's Bakery cannot guarantee that your order will be 100% free from traces of all allergens, gluten, meat, seafood and/or dairy.
4.2 If you have a particular sensitivity to any of the above, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order for further information.
5. Collecting Your Order
5.1 Orders must be collected from the agreed Mr T's Bakery location at the specified date and time.
5.2 Mr T's Bakery is not liable for any orders not collected on time or at the agreed location.
6. Delivery
6.1 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is present to receive the order at the agreed time. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that the order is stored appropriately after delivery.
6.2 Mr T's Bakery is not responsible for any delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. This includes delays caused by third-party delivery drivers.
7. Standard Terms
7.1 We may change, suspend or terminate the online Catering/Cakes ordering system (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. Where possible, we will provide you with notice of any downtime or changes.
7.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices and delivery fees, make changes to menu items, or withdraw products at any time without prior notice.
7.3 All offers and promotions provided by us in relation to our Catering are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion unless expressly stated.
7.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Mr T's Bakery and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, Mr T's Bakery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or the Catering/Cakes services.
9.2 Mr T's Bakery makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the information on our website.
