Refund policy

To our value customers,

Please double check all the details before receiving out products such as cake designs, writing, flavor, food .... After placing the order, please double check in your confirmation e-mail with tax receipt, date and time for pick-up/delivery. Mr T's bakery does not take any responsibility after sending our products.

If you wish to cancel the order and changing date for collections, please let us know at least 3 business days and contact us via the e-mail we sent the order confirmation or here for a full refund. In some cases, we try the best to cancel the order and keep the credits for late cancellations. Last minutes order can not be changed.

The store clerks and managers will work together to resolve your case in an individual and timely manner. Under no circumstances will a refund be given for a product. But in some cases, we will offer to fix our mistake; we will replace a cake, or provide a gift voucher towards future orders.
