The best conference catering is the kind nobody watches arrive. It turns up quietly, goes down on the back table ready to serve, and the room finds it waiting the moment the session breaks.
It is all handmade in our own kitchen in Fortitude Valley, in the heart of Brisbane, so it reaches the room the way it left the bench.
Conferences, seminars and long meeting days
We cater conferences, seminars, conventions and shareholder meetings for venues and organisers across Brisbane, from a full day in a conference hall to the single boardroom meeting that runs long. Whatever the length, the food is handmade in our own kitchen and delivered ready to put straight onto the table.
Timed to the run sheet
A conference runs to the minute, and catering that arrives at the wrong one is worse than no catering at all. You choose the venue address, the date and the delivery time at checkout, so whether you are catering the morning tea, the lunch break or the afternoon session, it arrives for that break rather than sitting out since eight. If you have a question about dates or delivery, get in touch before you order.
How to order
- Order online. You pick the delivery address, date and time at checkout.
- Orders placed before 4pm are catered for the next day.
- Cakes are the exception and need two to three business days' notice.

Delivery and pick-up
Delivery starts at $19 on orders from $150 and reaches more than 50 Brisbane suburbs, with Saturdays at the same rate. Enter the venue address at checkout to see the rate before you pay. If the venue is close by, you are welcome to collect instead. Our kitchen at 159 Knapp St, Fortitude Valley 4006 is open Monday to Saturday, 7.00am to 2.00pm, with pick-up from 7am.
A room full of dietary requirements
Conferences fill a room with people you have never met, and a good number of them will need something specific. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free items are marked with icons as you order (GF, VGN, VEG and DF), so you can build a table that covers the room without guessing. Tell us about allergies or intolerances when you order and we will accommodate them.

1. What should I order for a full-day conference?
A common run is breakfast on arrival, something substantial at lunch and a sweet break mid-afternoon: Breakfast Grazing Collection - 37 Pieces/box, the Big Lunch Collection - 42 pieces/box for every six to eight delegates, then the Sweet High Tea Collection - 40 pieces/box (VEG).
2. What works for the morning and afternoon tea breaks?
Breaks are short, so pick things that need no plating. Fresh Baked Butter Milk Scones Box - 24 Scones/Box (VEG) at three to four scones a head, Mixed Mini Danish Collection - 12 Danish/box (VEG), or Mini Cupcakes Box - 24 Mini Cupcakes/Box (VEG).
3. Can you cover dietary requirements for a big room?
Dietary icons sit right in the product names — VGN vegan, VEG vegetarian, GF gluten free, DF dairy free. Our kitchen also handles nuts, sesame, egg, dairy and seafood, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from traces.
