2. How much should I order per person?

Each product description gives a guide. We suggest 3–4 frittatas per person, 2–3 rolls from the Gluten Free Pork And Prawn Rice Paper Rolls Platter, 3 slices from the Finger Raw Slices Collection, and 2 skewers from the Fruit Skewers Box.

3. Can I order individual portions instead of platters?

Yes. The Individual Garden Salad Pot and the Individual Couscous Pumpkin Spinach Salad Pot both have a minimum of 6, as do Fruit Salad Cups. Gluten Free Wraps are sold by the serve, at two halves per person.

4. What should I order for a group with mixed requirements?

Build it from a share item plus individual pots. The Share Garden Salad Box covers 6–7 serves and suits vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free eaters; add Individual Couscous Pumpkin Spinach Salad Pots, minimum 6, for anyone who wants their own.
