Our bakers clock on at midnight, while Fortitude Valley is still quiet. Flour is scaled, dough is mixed and proved, and the ovens are running long before the sun is up.
By the time the chefs start filling platters that morning, the bread has only just cooled. That's the whole reason we keep the early starts — nothing sits around waiting for you.

Order by 4pm and it arrives the next day, with no last-minute surcharge. Delivery starts at $19 on orders from $150 and covers more than 50 Brisbane suburbs, at the same rate on Saturdays, or you can collect from 159 Knapp St, Fortitude Valley from 7am.
You choose your address and the date and time at checkout, so the whole order is done online. Most of the sandwich ranges include around 10% vegetarian pieces as standard, Gluten Free Wraps can be added by serves alongside anything else in your order, and the icons in product names tell you what is VGN, VEG, GF or DF. If you genuinely need catering the same day, call (07) 3188 6012 and we will tell you what the kitchen can still fit in.

1. How much should I order per person?
Allow 4 to 6 points per person on the triangle platters, and 3 pairs per person on the Finger Sandwich Platter. The by-serve ranges are priced per head, with a minimum of 6 serves on Triangle Traditional Sandwiches.
2. Which platter suits my group size?
For 5 to 6 people, the Medium Banh Mi Platter; for 7 to 9, the Large Banh Mi Platter. The Medium Triangle Sandwich Platter suits 6 to 8, and the Large Triangle Sandwich Platter holds 55 points for a bigger room.
3. What fillings come in the sandwiches?
The triangle and finger ranges run ham, cheese and tomato, chicken, lettuce and mayo, roast beef with tomato relish, silverside with pickles, and turkey with cranberry. The banh mi platters come as bbq pork, grilled wagyu beef and grilled lemongrass chicken.
4. Can I add breakfast or drinks to the same order?
Yes. Add the Breakfast Wraps Collection at 15 wraps or the Breakfast Grazing Collection at 37 pieces. Drinks go in the same order, from Coke cans and still or sparkling water to Noah Creative Juice and an 8 Pack Kombucha Remedy.
