The ovens are on while the Valley is still dark. Our bakers shape each piece by hand, one at a time, because that's the only way it comes out right.
Pastry gets rolled, filled and trimmed, then baked and boxed for the time you picked at checkout. By the time a tray goes round your room, a whole crew has already had a hand in it.

Most collections recommend 3-4 pieces per person — quiches, frittatas, mini pies and sausage rolls all use that guide. The Finger Sandwich Platter recommends 3 pairs per person, and the Gluten Free Pork And Prawn Rice Paper Rolls Platter recommends 2-3 rolls.
2. What is in the Hot Pastry Finger Food Platter?
Forty-four warm pieces: 14 beef sausage rolls, 8 cheese and bacon rolls, 8 spinach feta rolls, 8 American hot dog wraps and 6 beef party pies. All the puff pastry is hand made fresh daily in our Fortitude Valley kitchen.
3. Which platters suit a smaller team?
The Finger Rice Paper Rolls Platter suits a group of 4-5. The Mixed Savoury Aussie Sausage Rolls Collection serves up to 5-6 people, and the Smoked Salmon And Chicken Mini Quiches Collection suits a small group of 6-8.
4. Can I add drinks to the same order?
