Our bakery in Fortitude Valley is up early, and the doors are open by 7am. All of it is made by hand, in our own kitchen, before the day starts.
Then it is packed, driven over and set down at the time you asked for. No fuss, nothing for you to manage. Just something warm on the table while people talk.
If you are not sure how much to order
A simple approach is sandwiches with a few things to pick at alongside. The Large Triangle Sandwich Platter holds 55 points and the Medium Triangle Sandwich Platter holds 36, both cut from the same flavours: ham, cheese and tomato, chicken with lettuce and mayo, roast beef with tomato relish, silverside with pickles, and turkey with cranberry, plus a salad and cheese option for vegetarians. For a smaller gathering, Triangle Traditional Sandwiches are sold by the serve, six triangle pairs each, with a minimum of six serves.
To go with them, the Fresh Baked Butter Milk Scones Box holds 24 scones with jam and butter included, at three to four a person, and a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter, Cookies Collection or Sweet Aussie Slices can sit out for people to help themselves through the afternoon. 1. How much food should I order for a wake?
Go by the guidance on each item. The Medium Triangle Sandwich Platter suits a group of six to eight, the Large Banh Mi Platter a group of seven to nine, and we suggest three to four scones a person.
2. Can you cater for guests with dietary needs?
Yes. The rice paper roll platters are gluten free and dairy free, both frittata collections are gluten free, and the fruit platters, cups and skewers are vegan. Icons in each product name show which: VGN vegan, VEG vegetarian, GF gluten free, DF dairy free.
3. Is there something suitable for a morning service?
Yes. The Breakfast Grazing Collection holds 37 pieces, and the Mini Ham Cheese Tomato Croissants and Mini Vegetarian Croissants come twelve to a box. The Tea Time Scones and Fruit Platter brings 12 butter milk scones with jam, butter and fresh fruit.
4. Can I add drinks to the same order?
Yes. There are spring and sparkling water bottles, Coke cans and bottles, Noah juices and smoothies by the bottle, a six pack of juice, an eight pack of smoothies, and an eight pack of Remedy kombucha. Add them to your cart before checkout.
5. How much notice do you need?

Both. Pick up from 7am at 159 Knapp St, Fortitude Valley, or we deliver across 50+ Brisbane suburbs from $19 on orders of $150 or more, Saturdays at the same rate.
