It starts early in our Valley kitchen

The ovens go on well before the first 7am pick-up on Knapp Street. Pastry gets rolled, trays go in, and the sweet things are finished by hand while the rest of Fortitude Valley is still waking up.

Nothing leaves the bakery that we haven't made ourselves. There's a celebrant at the other end of every order, and that keeps us honest.

How your order gets to the party

You choose the address, date and time at checkout. Order by 4pm and it arrives the next day, with no last-minute surcharge.

Delivery starts at $19 on orders from $150 across more than 50 Brisbane suburbs, Saturdays at the same rate, or you can collect from 7am at 159 Knapp St, Fortitude Valley. The range also has vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, so guests with dietary needs are covered in the same order: the Big Mini Frittatas Collection is gluten free right through, and the Finger Raw Slices Collection is vegan and dairy free. Everything is ordered online; only a genuinely same-day request needs a call on (07) 3188 6012.

1. How much food should I order per person?

Each product page carries a guide. We recommend 3 wraps per person from the Mixed Wraps Collection, 3 finger sandwich pairs, 3–4 mini quiches, Mini Beef Pies or Mini Beef Sausage Rolls, and 2 mini sweet slices.

2. How do I match a platter to my group size?

The Charcuterie and Artisan Cheese Platter serves up to 12 people, and the Smoked Salmon And Chicken Mini Quiches Collection suits a small group of 6–8. For a full room, the Big Mini Frittatas Collection runs to 48 pieces, all gluten free.

3. What can we put out for the sweet part?

The Mini Cupcakes Box brings 24 mini cupcakes. Add Finger Caramel Slices or Finger Hedgehog Slices, six pieces minimum, or the Finger Raw Slices Collection, 18 slices in three flavours, all vegan and gluten free.

4. Can we add drinks to the same order?

Yes. Coke cans and bottles, spring or sparkling water, and Noah juices and smoothies by the bottle. For a group there is the 6 Pack Noah Premium Juice, 8 Pack Noah Smoothie's and 8 Pack Kombucha Remedy.
