Baker Tasks And Duties
- Scale precisely ingredients and mixing the dough
- Understand all the baking procedures and work as a team
- Cutting, shape, mould the dough
- Preparing sweet and savoury pastry and dough fillings, a variety of baked goods
- Monitoring proving, baking and cooling times, in addition to ensuring the appearance of items is consistent
- Bakers are required to work early in the morning, weekends and public holidays
- Stock checkings, stock rotations, clean up procedures,...
- Understanding and following food safety, healthy safety rules is critical
