Cake Decorator Tasks And Duties
- Scaling all ingredients correctly and follow the recipes, able to learn the new things
- Understand how to mix and bake the cakes/cupcakes, decoration skills are required.
- Decorate pastries/cakes to ensure beautifully presented, produce premium quality cakes and pastries in time manner.
- Able to use the bakery machines (cake mixer, ovens, turntables,...)
- Able to work as a team, require to work weekends and public holiday if applicable
- Stock checkings, stock rotations, clean up procedures,...
- Understanding and following food safety, healthy safety rules is critical
- Work on Special order cakes allowing for continued creativity and decorating fun.
